Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging Humanities lessons aligned with the Victorian Curriculum for Years 7-10.
Student Growth: Utilize High Impact Teaching Strategies (HITS) and data-informed practices to monitor and support the academic growth of every student.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Humanities Department and Wellbeing Team to provide a holistic and supportive learning environment.
Parent Engagement: Maintain proactive communication with families via SEQTA regarding student progress and wellbeing.
Qualified Educator: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Education and Humanities.
VIT Registration: Current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
Pedagogical Excellence: Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners and EAL students.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, staff, and the broader Coolaroo community.
